With the theme of the festival being the Global Market place the exhibition hall was subdivided into different rooms aptly named after different countries. The main plenary room was the China suite which was set cabaret style to accommodate 300 delegates. The second largest suite was the India suite which was subdivided into a parallel room and catering area providing an opportunity for delegates to network and discuss the sessions.
A budget was created and maintained by Happening throughout the contract ensuring that all aspects of the conference were included. The budget was clearly laid out with different sections and subsections, this made it easy to understand and modify if needed. The budget was updated and monitored continually and any changes made were communicated to the committee immediately.
