We created a dynamic conference programme to highlight Liverpool’s expertise in the area of lung cancer research. The conference helped develop international partnerships with clinicians and scientists working in cancer research.

We made this an event to remember by developing an energetic conference programme:

  • Main plenary
  • Parallel speaker sessions
  • Fringe meetings
  • Exhibition

Our efficiently executed e-marketing campaign saw 350 delegates attend from 35 countries around the world. We devised a strategic sponsorship strategy ensuring the event was sponsored by relevant market players. These partnerships enabled delegates to access contacts, information and expertise in their field.

To keep our delegates entertained we rolled out the Liverpool experience! Delegates attended a welcome reception to meet and mingle. A sumptuous gala dinner followed. Finally delegates enjoyed listening to Liverpool’s own Beatles Tribute Band and Children’s Choir.
