Our focus was to bring newcomers to the event and we succeeded with 45% of all delegates attending for the first time.

Bringing Entrepreneurs together with Venture Capitalists and innovators with ready to invest business plans Venturefest Oxford was an existing event we helped make even better.

We figured the most effective way of running the event was to create a compact one day format. We sourced a new venue with space for major networking and private deal making. We ran Parallel Sessions, had a specified Technology Showcase and a massive Exhibition, meeting the needs of both investors and business owners.

We assertively used the latest e-marketing and social networking tools to reach a new and growing audience of entrepreneurs and investors. We complimented this approach using an engaging PR plan. Overall our Marketing and PR campaign saw 1,000 delegates attend for the day and 81% of these rated the event as good to excellent.

To finish the day in style we sourced Wadham College, Oxford to host a dinner for participants. No wonder 92% of our delegates intend to come along next year!
